President

Brian Quinn

Brian is the owner and founder of Premier Building Restoration Inc. Hailing from a working class family, Brian made his mark on the construction industry through hard work, determination and dedication. As a young man, he started out in the construction industry working for his father's company, as well as attending Temple University to major in business.

Brian began his twenty-eight-year masonry restoration career in the field, working his way up through the ranks as a lead mechanic, eventually becoming general foreman of a leading masonry restoration firm.

In 1997, Brian made the decision to start his own company and take his vast knowledge of the masonry industry to develop an extensive client base in the years to come. Brian is an integral part of the leadership team on each of Premier Building Restoration Inc.'s projects.

Domenic Quinn

Domenic has been with Premier Building Restoration since 2006. Domenic began in the Local 1 union, Bricklayers and Allied Craftworks, as an apprentice and completed the program to become a journeyman. He then moved his way up in the company first as foreman, later as a project manager. Domenic has completed the project management certification program at Villanova University, as well as receiving certifications in OSHA 30, Jahn, Conproco, Lithomex, CPR and First Aid training. He is currently in pursuit of his Masters in Business Administration. Domenic lives in Center City and has a hand in all current projects.

George McCallister

George has been in the masonry restoration business for thirty four years and has worked for Premier Building Restoration, Inc. from its beginning. George has been the project manager on many of Premier’s major projects including Mother Bethel A.M.E. Church, First African Baptist Church, Snyder’s Mill, E. I. DuPont, Bristol Meyers Squibb, Boggs Federal Courthouse, Nix Federal Courthouse and Pfizer. George is certified in JAHN Application, OSHA 10 & 30, CPR, First Aid, and has a Master Certificate from the World of Concrete in Business and Project Management. George has a hand in all current projects.

Christopher Hertz

A self motivated craftsman at heart, Chris is dedicated to restoration and driven by the mission of quality historic masonry. His vast experience with onsite construction and as a Limeworks training instructor ensure that the projects he oversees meet the highest standard of historic restoration.

Dominic Campagna

In Memory of Pete Mulhall, our Superintendent and beloved team member of Premier Building Restoration, Inc.

Peter F. Mulhall Jr, 50, of Coopersburg, passed away Wednesday, April 15. He was born in Lansdale to Peter F. Mulhall and Carolyn Mulhall and would have been married to his loving wife, Renee, for 18 years this September 21.

Peter loved his family, being a father and pa-pa (grandfather). He loved Ocean City, NJ, ice cream, mountain biking, and dirt bikes. His hobbies included tinkering in his garage, feeding the birds, and various DIY projects. He was a bricklayer and proud member of BAC Local I.

He is survived by his loving wife, Renee, and their children: Jess, wife of Adam Dean, Rachel, Holly, PJ (Peter), and Tara; grandson, Spencer Dean; brother, Matt and wife Ami; and his parents, Carolyn and Peter.
